Terms and Conditions: *Admission on First Come First Serve Basis. *Limited Seats. *Registration Fee is Non-refundable and Nontransferable. *On-line registration is a temporary reservation of a seat for fifteen days that would be confirmed only if registration
formalities are received at our head office within the stipulated period. On-line registration is a specific facility, shall be closed if seats are filled. *Technology once selected can be changed only by depositing 50% of the registration fee again. *Charges mentioned, are only for students, for professionals, charges are twice. *Certificates will not be issued before the completion of the training. *Classes will be taken for 5 working days in a week. *Batch dates selected by the participants may be changed in a contingency by calling at 01332-264918, one week prior to the commencement of the training program. *In case of group registration (even if members of the group are enrolling in different technologies or/and on different dates), a single draft of the total amount can be sent. A registered candidate shall be allowed to participate in the training program only if he/she submits complete balance fee and other required documents on the day of reporting. *Training will be conducted at our Roorkee as well as Greater Noida Campus, but registration formalities have to sent to our head office Roorkee. *Fooding and Lodging will be provided in the city on Paying Guest Basis, which will be separate for boys and girls. Registration fee for fooding is non refundable in any case. *In case of dissatisfaction in the training, a participant can ask for training fee refund, only in the second week of the training program, if he/she has 70% attendance. *Rs. 1,000/- discount will be given to a participant who joins two programs one among C & Advance C/Campus Recruitment Preparation and other from the rest. * In Embedded System, participants have to purchase required hardware for their projects (individually or in groups). Participants will carry these projects with them after completion of training.
Registration: For Registration complete the following formalities.
Firstly make a D.D. of Rs. 1,124/- (Rs. 1,000/- + 12.36% If fooding & lodging required) else Rs. 562/- (Rs. 500/- + 12.36% If fooding &
lodging not required) in favor of CETPA, payable at Roorkee. Then fill the form on our website for summer training. After filling the form
you will get your registration details (user name, password and link for our website) at your e-mail ID. Follow the link available at your email and generate the registration slip. Take the printout of that registration slip. Now send the following details at our head office Roorkee.

These details may be deposited by hand or by post within 15 days of form filling at our Roorkee Office. Please mention this phone number 09319640107 on the envelope for the postage convenience, before mailing it to Roorkee.
Confirmation: After receiving the registration details, you will get a confirmation within a week by email (having a link for our
website) at your e-mail ID. Log on to our website and enter your user name and password, got through registration slip. You will get
confirmation slip. Make the printout of this confirmation slip. Now your seat is allotted to you.
Reporting: You have to report a day earlier of Starting the Batch at CETPA Roorkee or Greater Noida.
Requirements for Reporting:
1. Balance Payment 2.Five Passport Size Photographs. 3. Training Letter issued from College 4. Confirmation Slip
Placement: Placement in CETPA will be on the basis of overall performance in the training. No academic percentage or any kind of jack will be considered. 30 candidates during the summer training from Roorkee and Greater Noida will be placed in CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd on the basis of faculty assessment and Aptitude Test. Placement in other companies will be on basis of companies’ criteria and participants have to follow their criteria of selection. If a participant gets placed in one company, then he/she will not be allowed to participate in any other company interview.
Live Projects: The participants who are interested to work on live projects can work on the specialized live projects. These live projects will be offered by CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and participants have to complete these projects in given time frame. This time frame may be 6 months or one year. If candidates complete these projects within time frame, then they will be awarded by CETPA and will be given experience letter for 6 months or one year depending on the time frame. Also incentives may be given to the candidates, depending upon the
performance of the candidates while handling the live projects. The groups for working on live projects will be decided by students
